At Notta.ai, I was deeply involved in the evolution of the web product, from early feature development and Pro-level capability expansion to enterprise-grade product experiences.
I'm good at finding clarity in complex business contexts. I enjoy breaking ambiguous problems into structured, practical solutions, while balancing user experience, business goals, and technical constraints.
Design is a solving activity around a goal. Staying curious, asking better questions, and patiently working through the mess is usually how I find the path to a good solution.

Centered on Notta's commercialization upgrade, this project restructured conversion touchpoints and the membership system to help users more clearly understand the value of different plans and make upgrade decisions, supporting the achievement of annual revenue goals.

I optimized the editing experience on Notta's transcript detail page by using an experience model to clarify the relationships between text blocks, selections, editing states, and action commands, making complex content-editing scenarios easier to understand and operate.
